This thesis prepared nonreactive spirooxazine photochromic compound was prepared containing the dichloro- s-triazine group reactive spirooxazine , a simple characterization of its structure , the detection of their photochromic . Solution concentration and temperature , solvent polarity , polymer medium , pH value external environmental factors spirooxazine the compound photochromic properties . The results show that : the higher the concentration, the lower the temperature, the deeper the color of the solution after irradiation ; spirooxazine showed positive solvatochromic effect ; strong polarity of the low temperature and the polymer , strong rigidity will reduce spirooxazine was decoloring speed of the color bodies ; within a certain pH range , the N - methyl - spiro evil triazine and N- methyl -9' -dichloro- triazinyl spirooxazine acid photochromism , N-methyl - 9' -hydroxy spirooxazine the photochromism both acid to have alkali photochromic spirooxazine the photochromic performance is still better in an alkaline environment . By studying the type and the amount of binder , fabric lining types , baking conditions and other factors Lo oxazine light-induced discoloration performance and fabric properties to determine the best process for printing color paste nonreactive spirooxazine the light-induced conditions , the prepared fabric, having a better photochromic function to obtain a better fatigue resistance . Two-bath dyeing, the full feed method direct printing and two-step direct printing method reactive spirooxazine applied to cotton fabric , are available photochromic effect the but spirooxazine utilization is very low are not feasible ; considering the selection of reactive groups backlit color photochromic compounds , three methods are feasible . The Waterless printing methods can be prepared with good photochromic effect cotton fabric printed mesh network but easy to plug the hole , not feasible ; considering chosen not reactive spiro oxazine reaction adhesive , waterless printing method is feasible .
