The Effective of the Formation of Dentin Pulp Complex in Situ and the Expression of Endogenous Growth Factor TGF-β1 with the External Stimulation

Objective : To observe the external stimuli on the pulp tissue -derived growth factor TGF-β1 expression and III of dentin formation , explore the endogenous growth factors TGF-β1 and dentin pulp complex formed in situ related relationship . Methods: Healthy dogs 6 months of age 12-24 , after each selection four molars were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups of six teeth ; A , control group , not any processing , B, C, D group for the experimental group were prepared 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm deep, long , 3mm wide each cavity as external stimulation , I zinc oxide eugenol cements temporarily closed cavity , respectively, in two weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks after removal of teeth, preparation of tissue sections through the microscope of the third phase of dentin formation , immunohistochemistry and image analysis observed the expression level of TGF-β1 . Results : In the two weeks before and 2.5mm stimulus intensity , the groups were no third dentin , 4,6 weeks 3mm stimulus intensity , odontoblasts showed vacuolar degeneration predentine widened, there reparative dentin formation ; pulp tissue in each group were TGF-β1 expression , image analysis results suggest that: with time and stimulation of the strong increase in expression was increasing trend (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: external stimuli may activate endogenous TGF-β1, and participated in the formation of dentin pulp complex endogenous TGF-β1 expression and induction of dentin pulp complex formation and stimulation intensity and duration a positive correlation.
