Research on Application Based on Safety Evaluation Theory of Long-Span Steel Structure

In recent years,with the strengthen of the economy and development of the culture of China,more and more large-span steel structures are used in construction projects for it has large span and space,good resistance to shock and fast construction in my country. Lots of large-span steel structures become the landmark of a city because of its unique and novel structure.However,as a kind of structure forms,the whole instability of structure issues becoming more and more outstanding because of the increase of space steel structure span in the course of engineering application and the existing standard lack of special large span steel structure design method.In addition,steel structures have defects in themselves like connection,material fatigue,stress concentration and welding,which will directly affect the safety of large-span steel structure.Thus,the research of safety methods of a large-span steel structure has great theoretical significance and practical value.In order to check the structural reliability under the design load and quality of its construction,the identification experiment of production with the gymnasium of Xi’ an university of architecture and technology is carried out.Then according to the characteristic of the long-span steel arch structure,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of large-span steel structure is established by using the second fuzzy synthetic evaluation.By the theory of analytic hierarchy process,weight values of every component and sub-item of large-span steel structure with experts experiences and research results is determined.The judgment matrix of weight vector of every items and component identification every sub-item of large-span steel structure is provided for guaranteeing the accuracy of evaluation results of the large-span steel structure. Finally,by the contrast the results of using this method and experiment,feasibility of this method is verified,which may provide references for similar projects.
