The Influence of CylinD1 and IL6 in Liver Regeneration after Hepatic Resection under Different Hepatic Inflow Occlusion Methods

Objective comparison of the semi hepatic arterial blood supply of hepatic artery reserved blocking method semi hepatic vascular exclusion and Pringle law intervened animals, were established classic 70% hepatectomy liver regeneration in animal models, analyzes reserved hepatic inflow occlusion method for semi-hepatic arterial rat remnant liver regeneration process. Experimental results, liver weight and weight ratio: 24 hours between each group liver body weight ratio was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 4 days after WH liver weight body weight ratio is greater than the PR group (P <0.05), and HH The groups did not differ (P> 0.05), and postoperative seven days the WH group is greater than the PR group (P <0.05) and HH group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) in each group were significantly lower than the normal group (P <0.05) . 2, mitotic count: 24 hours after the the WH group of more than PR group (P <0.05), no difference (P> 0.05) and the HH group; WH group than four days after the PR group (P <0.05), and HH were not significantly different (P> 0.05); no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the seven days after each group. Each time point were higher than the normal group (P <0.05). 3, CyclinD 1 protein expression: each group after six hours was no significant difference (P> 0.05), 12 hours after WH group was significantly better than the PR group (P <0.05), and HH group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) . 24 hours after the WH group was significantly better than the PR group (P <0.05), and HH group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Each time point were higher than the normal group (P <0.05). 4, serum IL-6 levels: the postoperative group IL-6 levels in the six hours after the already peaked, gradually reduced to 24 hours after surgery; each time point is still higher than the normal group (P <0.05). Six hours after WH group was significantly higher than the PR group (P <0.05), while no significant difference (P> 0.05) and the HH group; after 12 hours the WH group was significantly higher than the PR group (P <0.05), while and HH no significant difference (P> 0.05); 24 hours after each group but still higher than the normal group (P <0.05), no significant difference (P> 0.05); Conclusion 1, hepatectomy exercise reserved for semi-hepatic arterial hepatic inflow occlusion method in promoting rat remnant liver regeneration has the same effect, with half of the liver blood flow interruption method better than the Pringle maneuver. 2, retain semi-hepatic artery for hepatic inflow occlusion during liver regeneration elevated IL-6 increased faster and CyclinD1 expression may be one of the mechanisms that promote rapid regeneration of the remnant liver.
