Now,the shaft quantitative hoisting system of China often fails, not only affects the company’s normal production, but also increase the cost of maintenance, and the enterprise caused huge economic losses. On the basis of this project, it identify the reasons causing the system failure, maintenance and improvement of the system provide a basis and reference from researching to enhance the system, using AMESim hydraulic simulation software and modeling, simulation, analysis. In this paper, done the following work:The study object of subject is skip hoisting shaft system of Wang ShiwaTongchuan.it analysis the quantitative weighing system by access to a large number of relevant literature and study abroad in the full dynamic development of quantitative weighing system and combinate the actual situation of the mine.for the system requirements of the work,there have statics, dynamics and fluid dynamics and other aspects of analysis and calculations for the main hydraulic components of the system. It established the system simulation models of two cases of consideing pipeline features or not take into account characteristics by according to actual situation. The system’s working process is divided into lifting and weight, respectively modeling and simulation workAccording to actual situation, the establishment of pipeline features and do not take into account characteristics of two cases to consider piping system simulation models, while the working principle of the system, the system’s working process is divided into weight lifting and two, respectively modeling and simulation work . Depending on the conditions set system parameters, for both the environment and simulation of two conditions. Through comparative analysis of the simulation results, the results show that the pipeline characteristics of the hydraulic system can not be ignored, and the pressure shock is the main cause to failures of hydraulic system. The subject of the model is reasonable,which can achieve the simulation and performance analysis of hydraulic system and provide a reference for the improvement of system.
