Targeting at the classes of Z,a senior high school art teacher of Harbin L senior high school,this article,as a case study,analyzed the class data collected by observation, interview and material collection from October,2008 to April,2009.Based on the art course value that is in accordance with the new course concept of senior high school,this article treated individual feeling & characteristics,aesthetic judgment & apperception,and cultural anticipation and exchange as the target for the establishment of students’ individual experience in art class.According to the description and analysis of the conversation between Z and the students of Z during the course of study,this article absorbed the concept of John Dewey and Lev Vygotsky about the conversation between individuals and the environment,conversation with others and self-conversation,and also analyzed the application of constructivism in art courses.This Article is based on two aspects.In one aspect,it discussed the development of individual experience of students.It analyzed the "dialogue study" in the view of the article, innovation and story.In the other aspect,it reflected the teaching research,teaching method and occupational status of Z.By the description of one public lesson of Z,it discussed the way of specialization development of teaches under the new course concept. When it comes to art teaching,dialogue study is a method but also a concept;it is based on the scene while creating the scene.This article took some lessons as an example to show the status of participants in the course of dialogue study.The author hoped that his/her reflection can result in deeper reflection about the art teaching.
