Ceremony from the organization that contains very rich information and clue of the tissue culture propagation mode, one of the employees in the organization ceremony feeling named ritual culture, the act of organizational culture, by means of a questionnaire, 376 employees, 15 enterprises staff ceremony culture awareness is discussed on its work performance, and in the impacts process involved in the role of organization belonging and situation. Using structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis method to carry on the analysis, the results show that: (1) organization ceremony culture perception of employee task performance and performance situation have a significant positive impact; (2) organization ceremony culture awareness have significant positive influence on organizational belonging; (3) organization belonging at the staff culture impact on the performance of its tasks in the process of perception plays a weak part of the intermediary role; Organization belonging at the staff culture impact on the performance of the situation in the process of perception plays a mediating role completely. (4) individual situation involved in the organization ceremony culture sense of organization belonging doesn't adjust action in the process, the influence of the degree of involvement in the height does not affect the organization ceremony culture awareness and sense of belonging.
