Wireless LAN WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) refers to the use of wireless transmission medium of computer LAN , install flexible , easy to use and is widely used in the special environment of enterprises, offices , families , airports , hospitals , and disaster relief . Open wireless transmission medium , however , has brought a lot of security issues , such as data likely to be tapped, intercepted or tampered with , wireless devices are vulnerable to attacks such as denial-of-service , counterfeit . These serious security issues bound high-speed wireless LAN and healthy development , become the WLAN areas of research focus . This paper analyzes the existing wireless LAN security mechanisms , given an asymmetric WLAN Mutual authentication scheme for the three main aspects of the wireless LAN security ( wireless eavesdropping , impersonation and tampering with data threat ) , based on the 802.1X authentication framework , and formal proof of security analysis and BAN logic program . STA end mutual authentication and AS end of the program , in the STA side improved ElGamal signature , signature generation process is simple , reduce the computational load of STA end ; digital signature with message recovery function PRab-R in the AS - side , effective channel bandwidth savings . Of the program on the Windows platform , the simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the program .
