Experimental Study on Comprehensive Technology of Pile Foundation Detection

This paper mainly studied on comprehensive test of the theory of pile foundation detection and its application, through different methods, it researched and analyzed signal characteristics and differences of defective piles, which effectively determine the correct pile defects, given the integrity of determination. The theoretical basis of detection as a starting point mainly, and the basic principles supersonic wave method, reflective wave method, test method of drilling core were analyzed, and this paper introduced test instrument, then the paper gave testing data analysis and determination theoretically.The main work and conclusions of the paper are listed as follows:1) On the basis of extensively reviewing literatures, basic theories and related theories of supersonic wave method and low strain reflected wave method and test method of drilling core were analyzed, it lets detection personnel to facilitate application in practice to know how to find ways to reduce disparities and accurately analysis the problems, make sure that theories can services practice well.2) The paper briefly introduced detection techniques of supersonic wave method and reflective wave method and test method of drilling core; it used the comparison between each other, so that it can facilitate access to comprehensive and accurate and truly reflected the status of pile integrity.3) It discussed the common pile foundation reasons for the formation of various defects and conditions that occurred and the waveform characteristics, while the defect identification methods were discussed.4) Combined with engineering practice, supersonic wave method and reflective wave method and test method of drilling core and static load method were studied. Also it explained the application of the common work of pile integrity detection procedures and data analysis methods, for detection problems often encountered, through pile of influence factors of low strain detection quality test, this paper pointed out the matters needing attention.5) Based on comprehensive consideration of the existing criterion, using comprehensive methods can effectively combined with the advantages and disadvantages of each method criterion, and on the basis of comprehensive consideration, and the test results provide effective methods of scientific determination. The detection results determine are put forward on the basis of overall quality of pile body comprehensive judgments, and in the overall evaluation of the quality of pile foundation, it provided accurate basics for the projects, as well as reference for similar engineering.
