Tax inspection is an important process of tax management.It means that tax bureau inspect and deal with the obligation to withhold,collect and hand over the responsible taxation according to tax laws and administrative legislation.And it also assures that legislation should be abided by.Tax inspection is the final line of defence of ensuring the collection and preventing taxpayer from obligation after tax collection and management.It can be a major deterrent to crime,maintain tax system and safeguard fiscal revenue.In a word,it is an important job to intensify tax inspection and increasing inspection efficacy.However,there are many problems happened during tax inspection as following:low internal efficiency, inspection concept lagging behind,innormative inspection enforcement,incomplete supervision mechanism,and lacking job coordination.It is a critical problem how to grasp opportunity and optimize inspection resource to increase efficacy.The author analyze and point out some opinions and suggestions to increase inspection efficacy from the internal,external and others based on studying from advanced experience and the research of theoretical analysis.Based on the analysis,the paper put forward some measures such as constructing simplified frameworks,increase the layer levels of inspection,constructing scientific index, developing efficient incentive mechanism,increase capability and innovate inspection measures.And the author hopes it can exert some effects on increasing efficacy.The paper proceeds according to the historical analysis,comparative analysis and data analysis coordinated with public management,economics and taxation.
