In today 's increasingly competitive automotive industry , profit margins increasingly lower , how to reduce production costs, improve productivity , become important issues faced by various enterprises . Can use scientific methods to study the assembly line of the merger , you can increase the flexibility of assembly , not only saves the assembly line equipment investment costs , but also reduce plant investment cost , especially for the high construction cost of the assembly line , the better. The combined assembly line of a reasonable balance can improve production efficiency , from the other hand, reduces the cost of production . This article is as a target to study the balance assembly and general layout balance analysis and simulation of the merger of the the G Company A and B two center console assembly line and plant layout were drawn according to process requirements and assembly line balancing results Figure . Which use heuristic search method to simplify the assembly line balancing proposed dynamic balance method , and use of Plant Simulation software to complete the balance of the assembly line modeling and simulation , to evaluate the program based on efficiency and smoothness index . This paper studies the feasibility of the the console assembly line merger , that is flexible transformation , summed up the general assembly lines merge and balanced method , good theoretical preparation for the transformation of the after factory assembly line , has a practical significance for enterprises to reduce production costs .
