Car rear axle drive module development project risk management is an important link in the auto parts project management related to project risk identification , risk assessment, risk response and avoidance , risk monitoring a series of process . On the basis of analysis of common international standards , combined with the characteristics of the automotive industry to develop a general car rear axle drive module project risk management process . How to identify potential risks in the car after bridge driver module development projects , is the most important issue facing the project risk management . The risk assessment is an important part of risk management , this paper, automotive rear axle drive module development characteristics of the project , on the basis of the Delphi method , the survey results for four specific projects , the use of expert scoring method to draw the final list of risks , the use of project risk FMEA evaluation method , the possibility of project risk and consequences of decision-making factors qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of project risk score and ranking ; develop effective risk response measures and circumvention methods on this basis . In this paper, the method of project risk identification and evaluation of the automotive industry , the same industry project risk management has a guiding role .
