Flour, bran flour star grading how much content is an important indicator , but also reflects the flour, an important indicator of the level of production technology . This paper first detailed block diagram of the system , then introduces the functions of various parts and implementation methods , and finally introduces the specific algorithm, discussed the different algorithms on the system results. System realization algorithm mainly includes flour and bran star image preprocessing identification and measurement algorithms . Image preprocessing in the first bran flour RGB true color image is converted to grayscale star , then discuss the median filtering, Gaussian filtering, morphological filtering , Laplacian sharpening image processing algorithms such as the impact on the final adoption Gaussian smoothing filter plus Laplacian sharpening processing algorithms . On the basis of the pre- image of bran out for testing, discussed including template matching method, linear discriminant method , K -means clustering method and other methods . Finally, the bran and flour out different gradation value characteristics, the image is divided into a plurality of small flour method, the single piece obtained by the image gray value calculated optimal threshold value to calculate the number of stars in the image and the size of the bran . On this basis , the contrast of the image , to obtain complete information bran out work on the display device displays the data obtained , the final completion of the bran out quantitative testing. The system detects mainly from three aspects of quality of flour : flour, bran star number , bran flour Star 's share proportion of each bran flour star size. Finally, wheat flour bran recognition and measurement systems out the advantages and disadvantages to make a summary and reference to other online testing instruments , we proposed areas for improvement .
