The enterprise is the main competition of the market economy . However, from a certain extent, the competitiveness of enterprises is the competition between its managers . Therefore , build a good salary system will be conducive to the constraints and incentives for executives , thus contributing to the development and growth of the enterprises and the whole market economic system construction . At present, China's economic reform has already gone through 20 years of history . However, the senior managers of listed companies in China pay system is still far from perfect, far from perfect. The broader market slid 60% in 2008 , many investors lose everything , tears background , the remuneration of executives of listed companies increased rather than decreased , even some executives holding astronomical remuneration . This has given rise to widespread social discontent . Therefore, the the perfect senior managers of listed companies in China pay system is an urgent need to solve the problem . The policy specification limit of listed companies the level of executive pay is well received , but also by the impact of the shareholding structure and the composition of the Board . As for the rapid growth of listed company executive compensation , executive pay gap between the industry , associated with the performance of the company is not the emergence of this situation . Both executives their own issues , governance issues , legislative issues , and also the enterprise itself , and the social aspects . From the system level analysis , mainly because the executives of listed companies in China pay system exists unreasonable system of corporate governance , executive pay incentive mechanism and information disclosure of executive pay system is not perfect . In -depth and thorough analysis of the problems of the listed company executive compensation system will be for us the perfect strategy for subsequent boost. Therefore , improve the executive compensation system of the listed companies in China , we want to improve the system of independent directors , regulate the operation of the remuneration committee , perfect the listed company executive compensation incentive system , build executive pay incentives for the Chinese characteristics and building a favorable equity incentive implementation manager market , optimizing the executive compensation disclosure rules , strengthen information disclosure regulation system .
