The golden pheasant children genus (Caragana Fabr.) The study, to seed germination and break dormancy, seed and seedling salt tolerance, drought resistance research content, explore four microphylla children seed germination and seedling characteristics and stress resistance. After a field investigation, outdoor potted plants, indoor experiments and experimental analysis, data processing, the following conclusions: (1) seed germination experiments show that: grassland the golden pheasant child, narrow leaves the golden pheasant children seed cumulative germination performance prairie microphylla children with narrow leaves the golden pheasant children seed germination rate and concentration; the desert the golden pheasant children with barbed leaves the golden pheasant children seed cumulative germination rate and index were lower. (4) water stress experiments: different PEG concentration stress of grassland microphylla children, the stenophylla the golden pheasant children, desert microphylla children and thorn leaves microphylla children seed germination was inhibited, the general trend of decrease with the increase in the concentration of PEG stress maximum germination rate in the control treatment; different times of drought stress of prairie the golden pheasant children, narrow leaves microphylla children, the desert microphylla children and thorn leaf microphylla children plant seedlings leaf cell membrane permeability, MDA content, free prolyl acid content have different effects; four kinds of the golden pheasant children root, stem relative water content, and the habitat soil moisture and drought stress related and comprehensive three physiological indicators, results show that the narrow leaves the golden pheasant children than thorn leaves the golden pheasant children Drought strong.
