Study on Electricity-Heterogeneous Catalysis Reactor Based on Fluidized Bed

In this paper, the initial concentration of 200 mg / L aqueous 2,4 - dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) degradation of evaluation , carried out based on the structure of the fluidized bed separator drum without electricity . Heterogeneous catalytic reactor research , the study focused on the particle density , particle electrode expansion , the effective height to diameter ratio of the reactor , fluidized medium and other factors on efficiency of decomposition of organic matter , as a new device and puffing bed electrolytic decomposition of organic matter for the water treatment phase process provides data support. Experimental results show that , γ /-Al 2 O 3 / Sb 2 O 4 SnO 2 < / sub> as a complex three-dimensional electrode polarity effect of running the reactor has a more significant effect , the increase in the amount of filler particles , the particles can increase the number of electrodes repolarization thereby improving reactor effluent treatment effect , the experiment proved 64 mL / L ~ 80 mL / L of the best particle density of the electrode ; electrodes of different particle bed expansion study found that when the expansion ratio increases to 1, the aqueous phase reactor 2,4-DCP removal good and then removal by increasing the impact of expansion becomes smaller ; through three different height to diameter ratio of the reactor experiments, the comprehensive consideration of the aqueous phase 2,4-DCP removal rate and energy consumption , high aspect ratio of six reactors is the best, 60 min. with 85.8% 2,4-DCP is removed , the energy consumption of 40.6 kWh/kg2 ,4-DCP; in the same reactor, with air and water as the fluidizing medium, 2,4 - DCP has better removal effect, but the air flow of the water flow of energy is much higher than , and aeration on 2,4-DCP are stripping effect , causing pollution transfer . Based on the above experiment form an expanded bed electrolysis apparatus , and the corresponding treatment process , to overcome the pollution and the electrode particles clogging particles and the loss of surface-active substances , such as fluidized existing electric power shortage - multiphase reactor problems . The two actual industrial wastewater small test to get too good result and a high current efficiency.
