The Study of Ordered Mesoporous Materials Applied in the Catalysts of Fuel Cell

Energy saving and environmental protection has become the core of sustainable development in today's society . Fuel cell (FC) for its high efficiency , zero pollution , easy-to-use features coming into view , is considered to be the 21st century preferred green , efficient power generation technology . The fuel cell catalyst development is one of the fuel cell developers most challenging tasks . The paper and to improve the catalytic activity of fuel cell catalysts , the introduction of the nanosized mesoporous materials , new nanoscale mesoporous carbon synthesis method , as a the carrier preparation of fuel cell catalyst . This thesis is synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method and ultrasonic synthesis method two different ordered mesoporous carbon synthesis of ordered mesoporous carbon structure test and topography test , comparing the two ordered mesoporous carbon characteristics. The XRD results show that : the hydrothermal synthesis method and ultrasound synthesis could be synthesized ordered mesoporous carbon material . TEM showed that : the hydrothermal synthesis method ordered mesoporous carbon structural collapse , some regions have amorphous structure ; synthesized by ultrasonic synthesis of mesoporous carbon internal rules ordered two-dimensional hexagonal structure . In this thesis, the synthesis of the disorder activated carbon , hydrothermal synthesis method and ultrasound synthesis , respectively , two ordered mesoporous carbon as carrier , with intermittent microwave heating method were prepared Pt / C , PtAu / C , PtAuSn / C three categories catalyst. Three types of catalysts by cyclic voltammetry (CV) , electrochemical performance testing : the catalytic activity of the catalyst was ordered mesoporous carbon as a carrier system is superior to the catalyst disorder activated carbon as a carrier system , the ultrasonic synthesis method ordered mesoporous carbon for the catalytic activity of the catalyst upload system . Ordered mesoporous carbon was used as the carrier system of anti- poisoning of the Pt / C, PtAu / C catalyst performance is worse than the catalyst disorderly activated carbon system , Ordered Mesoporous Carbon as a carrier system was PtAuSn / C catalyst poisoning performance than activated carbon as the catalyst carrier system was better , the synthetic ultrasound synthesis of ordered mesoporous carbon carrier system was anti- PtAuSn / C catalyst poisoning the best performance . Therefore concluded : Synthesis of Ordered Mesoporous Carbon ultrasound synthesis , and this mesoporous carbon carrier preparation PtAuSn / C catalyst is an ideal fuel cell catalyst preparation .
