In recent years, with increasing of informationization, network comes into the countryside from city gradually. Establishment of informationization and web sit for farming promotes the development of agriculture. This paper design and develop an information management system for Korla Pear of Xinjiang based on WebGIS technology and collecting development status data about special agricultural products under the platform of Eclipse. This system can not only provide safe assurance for the agricultural products but also provide some useful information for consumers, managers and growers. The system has the following functions:(1) The users can query attribute information about agricultural products, such as fertilizers, pesticide used, location, climate, environment, farmers, culture and other details. In addition, the system can classify by grade and origin and so on.(2) The farmers can learn how to manage land, how to fertilize and irrigation, how to control pest and disease, and how to store fruits from this system, and so on.(3) The system can be used to analysis some data by using GIS technology, for an example, to display the distribution of soil fertility status and traffic, as well as the basic operation of the map information.(4) The user can release useful information, and realize information exchange.
