The purpose : to chitosan and collagen as the main raw materials , research and guided bone regeneration for dental implant absorbing film , and evaluation of their physical properties . Method: 2% acetic acid solution of chitosan and 0.3% aqueous solution of collagen 2:1,1:1,1:2 the volume ratio formulated into a mixed solution of the three groups A, B, C , lyophilized prepared several chitosan - collagen membrane . Each group the elastic modulus of the film was measured by a tensile test , the yield strength , breaking strength, elongation at break , and comparative analysis of the data using an independent samples t-test ; chitosan - collagen membrane porosity was measured with a mercury porosimeter , and cross-sectional aperture ; using scanning electron microscopy of chitosan - collagen membrane Bio-Gide membrane surface morphology and comparative analysis . Assessment of chitosan - collagen membrane physical properties . Results: (1) 2 % acetic acid solution of chitosan and 0.3% aqueous solution of the collagen easily uniformly mixed , and the mixed solution was made ??into a film easily lyophilized . Volume ratio for 2:1,1:1,1:2 mixing lyophilized successfully prepared three groups A, B, C chitosan - collagen membrane and . Group A film having a thickness of 0.30mm-0.50mm, and uniform texture, and has good strength and toughness . Group B has a film having a thickness of 0.30mm-0.50mm, and a more uniform texture and has a certain strength and toughness . Group C, film thickness unevenness and less uniform texture , poor strength and toughness . ( 2 ) A group of film of the elastic modulus , yield strength, tensile strength are higher than the film of the group B , difference significant p LT ; 0.01 ) . The elongation at break of the film and the group B of the group A film no significant difference p GT ; 0.05) . ( 3 ) A group of film the average porosity of 90.95% , the value of the cross-sectional aperture 15.6um ; group B film , the average porosity of 86.96% , the values ??of the cross-sectional aperture 13.9um . (4 ) Scanning electron microscopy showed that the A chitosan - collagen membrane surface is relatively flat , with convex structure , rich pore surface large hole diameter of about 2Oum hole aperture about 7um ; Bio -Gide membrane surface is relatively flat , there is a certain degree of concavo-convex structure , present on the surface porosity , pore size smaller , most of the hole diameter is less than 1um . Conclusion: 2% acetic acid solution of chitosan and 0.3% aqueous solution of the collagen easily uniformly mixed , the mixed solution was made ??into a film easily lyophilized . Obtained 2:1 volume ratio of chitosan - collagen membrane has better physical performance , to its absorbent guided bone regeneration membrane material used in dental implants can provide a good foundation .
