Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the different doses of lipopolysaccharide -induced early pregnancy human decidua nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) expression . METHODS: Human decidual cells taken from 10 healthy early pregnancy patients induced abortion , isolated decidual cells treated without dose of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) , immunofluorescence staining of nuclear factor KB protein expression differences . Results: The results between the different experimental groups statistically significant difference ( P ≤ 0.05 ) . The use of single-factor analysis of variance and Dunnett's T3 test , all data mean ± standard error expression . Conclusion: This study showed that lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and human decidual activation of nuclear factor KB signal transduction pathways , the higher the concentration of fat more than the stronger expression of nuclear factor -KB .
