Objective: To observe the intrathecal injection of small doses of isobaric ropivacaine mixed sufentanil transurethral electric resection application of anesthetic effect and adverse reactions . Methods: 60 patients ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ elective transurethral resection (transurethral resection ofthe prostate, TURP) were randomly divided into three groups A, B, C , n = 20 . A group of ropivacaine the 6mg sufentanil 5ug 0.9% saline 3ml ; B group Lo ropivacaine 8mg sufentanil 5ug 0.9% saline 3ml ; C group ropivacaine 15m% 0.9% saline of 3ml, to observe medication , systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) / diastolic blood pressure ( DBP ) , heart rate ( HR ) , the degree of motor and sensory blockade and adverse reactions . Results : C group SBP / DBP than the A group , B group decreased significantly (P <0.05); 15min after injection , different degrees of reduction ( P <0.05 ) in group B HR . Group C motor and sensory nerve block longer duration ( P <0.05 ) . Group A , group B the itching was higher than group C . Conclusion : the injection of a small dose of intrathecal ropivacaine mixed sufentanil hemodynamics in patients with small, light degree of motor and sensory blockade , postoperative early motion , fewer adverse reactions, TURP surgery a better method of anesthesia.
