Purpose: through to the old cardio-cerebrovascular disease risk factors of clinical epidemiology investigation, controlled studies from the two aspects of TCM and western medicine for dangerous factors and gathered in mental illness (namely with coronary heart disease, angina merger atherosclerosis sex thrombosis cerebral infarction), the effects of the event aimed at understanding of disease risk factors and medical research and its gathered and diseases of the relationship, and disease prevention and disease in advance for diseases of the occurrence of event provides an objective basis.Materials and methods: this application series random sampling method and clinical epidemiology cross-sectional observation. Choose more than 10 national three level of first-class hospital as rapidly with the criteria for the collection and diseases of 300 cases of patients with disease clinical trial of patients, collect as sex, age, family history, history of smoking, drinking histories, sports time, body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and at the same time the index respectively of the same sample collection of coronary heart disease, angina patients, atherosclerosis sex thrombosis and normal patients with cerebral infarction of the above information, as a comparison study to establish the corresponding database, use of medical statistics data analysis, may and cardio-cerebrovascular disease associated risk factors do binary classification logistic regression analysis; For each patient exposure risk factors to count the number of statistics, application a chi-square test and risk estimates, more risk factors for coronary heart disease, angina gathered level with atherosclerosis sex thrombosis of patients with cerebral infarction correlation and influence. Results:1.The risk factors and cardio-cerebral vascular disease1.1 The combined heart and brain disease and age, smoking history, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, body mass index were positively correlated. (P <0.01)1.2 angina pectoris and age, smoking history, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, body mass index were positively correlated. (P <0.01)1.3 atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction with age, smoking history, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, body mass index were positively correlated (P <0.01).1.4 diseases of every disease and risk factors OR a value greater than heart and brain OR corresponding values. Exposure to risk factors≥3 combined heart and brain were significantly more than patients with simple atherosclerosis in patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction. Aggregation of risk factors together with the heart and brain disease was positively correlated (OR = 6.114), the more risk factors combined risk of heart disease in the brain the greater the likelihood. Risk estimates were statistically significant. (OR 95% CI 3.949 ~ 9.465, not including 1.)Conclusion:1.Simple angina pectoris, atherosclerosis alone thrombotic cerebral infarction and cardiovascular disease were combined with age, smoking history, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, body mass index were positively correlated. Therefore, age, smoking history, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, body mass index for coronary heart disease alone, simple atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction and cardiovascular disease riskfactors combined. 2.Under control risk factors of arterial hypertension in the most damage, second to blood sugar, body mass index, blood fat, finally for smoking history.3.Diseases of disease and risk factors and gathered number, the more risk factors associated with the possibility of a medical illness is larger.4. All kinds of risk factors led to each other and phlegm and blood stasis in the heart and hair to obstruction of heartache and collaterals stroke.
