The commonweal projects are necessary approach for social development, while the subsequent appraisement of the projects is the indispensible link among the project cycle as well as the only method to judge success. It is also the indispensible means of the management of the project decision. Meanwhile, it is significant for the enhancement and improvement of the project decision as well as the increase of the investment efficiency. Due to the characteristics that the commonweal projects are non-profit and servers the civil, the management mode becomes a significant factor which has profound influence on society. First and foremost, the thesis introduces the research background and puts forward the issue to be discussed as well as deliberates the significance of the research, the main thought and the contents. Then, it generalizes the subsequent appraisement of the project as well as the significance of the management mode of commonweal mode, including the project, the project management, the general method of the project appraisement and its procedure, the generality of the subsequent appraisement both at home and abroad, and the concept of the management mode of the commonweal project.
