Objective: To investigate patients with femoral neck fracture perioperative risk and preventive measures for patients with specific conditions to develop reasonable and effective prevention and treatment measures to reduce the risk of surgery , to achieve the best target , the femoral neck fracture patient safety perioperative period . Methods : A retrospective analysis from 2009.10-2011.2 Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Orthopaedics admitted to age over the age of 70 femoral neck fractures arthroplasty patients , a total of 131 cases . Inductive analysis of preoperative gender , age, coexisting disease , preoperative ASA surgery before scoring, timing of surgery , anesthesia , intraoperative blood transfusion , postoperative complications , such as the distribution of risk factors and their coexisting disease in the preoperative and postoperative complications of common diseases such as perioperative prevention research . The use of SPSS statistical software analysis technique , intraoperative factors and postoperative complications correlation. Results: In 131 cases , male 36 , female 95 ; 70-79 63 ,80 -89 - year - old 61 people over the age of 90 ; preoperative coexisting disease and 43 cases , there is surgery before coexisting disease 88 ; surgery within three days 76 people, more than three days of surgery 55 and 84 ; epidural anesthesia , spinal and epidural anesthesia 47 ; intraoperative transfusion 35 people, intraoperative blood transfusion - 2U of 57 people , more than 2u 39 ; 52 cases of postoperative complications , the complication rate was 39.7% . Preoperative gender, age , ASA preoperative score, timing of surgery , anesthesia , intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative complications was not statistically significant ( P GT ; 0.05 ) , coexisting disease preoperative and postoperative complications exist Statistics significance ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: patients with femoral neck fracture in the line arthroplasty perioperative period there is a complex risk , but reasonable prevention and treatment , it is safe perioperative period ; gender, age , ASA preoperative score , timing of surgery , anesthesia , intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative complications there is no correlation ; coexisting disease in the preoperative risk factors for postoperative complications , rather than relevant.
