In recent years, along with the advancement of the informationization construction and the promotion of the ERP implementation, small and medium-sized enterprise in our country gradually realized that speeding up the enterprise informationization construction to enhance the enterprise’s core competitive power and reduce the difference in information construction as the foreign small and medium- sized enterprise, has the extremely important strategic significance. ERP system, as the core of the enterprise informationization, becomes the inevitable choice in small and medium-sized enterprise. However, both the success ratio and the user satisfaction rate are very low. The striking contrast showed that the infomrationization situation in small and medium-sized enterprise has reached a point of gravity. Therefore, the small and medium-sized clearing cases in the current implementation of ERP project risk is high or low is the first step in the implementation of ERP projects.To meet this requirement, in refers to the domestic and foreign experts’research results and analyzing the small and medium-sized enterprise ERP implementation situation, this paper attempts to carry on to the process of ERP implementation in small and medium-sized enterprise, establishes the index system and the evaluating method for the ERP implementation programming. This topic research has certain theoretical significance and the practical application value.At first, in this paper, expounding the status of the small and medium-sized information enterprise, analyzing the feasibility, need problem of small and medium-sized enterprise ERP applications; Secondly, the introduction of fuzzy theory and AHP relevant content; Then, through the internal risk of China’s small and medium-sized projects and ERP supplier selection analysis of two aspects come to the impact of small and medium-sized ERP projects risk factors, and build index system; then use the proposed evaluation system and evaluation methods to build small and medium-sized model of ERP project risk evaluation and give an example of the ERP project carried out by schools to verify the reliability and operability of the method. Finally, summarizing of the paper and pointing the direction of further research.
