This topic research has certain theoretical significance and the practical application value. At first, in this paper, expounding the status of the small and medium-sized information enterprise, analyzing the feasibility, need problem of small and medium-sized enterprise ERP applications; Secondly, the introduction of fuzzy theory and AHP relevant content; Then, through the internal risk of China’s small and medium-sized projects and ERP supplier selection analysis of two aspects come to the impact of small and medium-sized ERP projects risk factors, and build index system; then use the proposed evaluation system and evaluation methods to build small and medium-sized model of ERP project risk evaluation and give an example of the ERP project carried out by schools to verify the reliability and operability of the method. Finally, summarizing of the paper and pointing the direction of further research.
