Magnetotelluric sounding ( MT ) method has been widely used in geological exploration and mineral exploration , one of its main purpose is to detect underground depth media power structure , the whole process , including data acquisition , data preprocessing and anti- speech explained . Deep response function estimated using the least squares estimation method assumes that the noise of the signal with the Gaussian distribution , but if the actual observed data deviate from this distribution , the method of least squares estimates of parameters in the traditional electromagnetic measurement produces a larger deviation . In view of this situation , this paper discusses the principle of the method estimated based the energy gathered Robust impedance , program implementation , and discuss the degree of aggregation of weight coefficient selection method used by the analog data calculus , prove that this method can suppress noise . The time series data of the the magnetotelluric original signal , is the basis of the post - data processing , write EH4 time series reading program , and the departure from the time-series , single point of measured data were processed to discuss the different degree of aggregation rights robust impedance estimation results of the coefficient , select the appropriate weight coefficient for processing the data , compared with the conventional treatment methods , indicating that the energy aggregation - based robust method shows better robustness of the result of the calculation is more sleek and reasonable .
