Objective 1 study platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule -1 (Platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1) in the Han population of western Liaoning Province exon 3 sub-G373C and exon the A1688G two gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease, and to explore the relationship PECAM-1 gene G373C and A1688G single nucleotide polymorphism and coronary artery stenosis degree of population with coronary heart disease. Distribution of coronary heart disease (Coronary heart disease, CHD) group of coronary artery stenosis in patients with PECAM-1 G373C gene studies have shown that portable GC and GG genotype in patients with a relative risk of coronary artery severe stenosis carrying the CC genotype, 2.49 times and 2.95 times. CHD group, patients with coronary stenosis PECAM-1 A1688G gene distribution difference was not statistically significant. 4 CHD group compared with control group, PECAM-1 serum levels have significant differences. PECAM-1 G373C and A1688G genotype and serological level in the CHD group showed significant differences. Conclusion 1 (PECAM-1) gene 373G / C and 1688A / G gene polymorphism and western Liaoning Province Han coronary heart disease correlation. PECAM-1 G373C gene polymorphism genotypes and coronary artery stenosis degree distribution of a statistically significant difference, portable GC and GG genotype may increase the risk of severe coronary artery stenosis. 3, PECAM-1 G373C, A1688G two points gene polymorphism can affect PECAM-1 serum levels.
