According to the post-colonial theory, all cultures should be equal, should not be advanced or backward culture. Due to historical reasons, the western culture because of its powerful economic, military and political support, to distort non-western culture in many aspects, at the end of the colonial rule and rule after advocating western culture is superior to other cultures, it is just after a keystone of resistance and resistance to postcolonial theory. Postcolonial translation studies will be linked to political and translation theory and translation practice. After former colonies declared independence, economically and politically still rely on the former suzerain and influenced by globalization trend.
