Survey of Antibiotic Resistance in Clinical Bacteriums from Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU) of the First Affliaited Hospital of Xinjiang Medicial University in 2007-2009

Objective: To monitor the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Emergency Intensive Care Unit 2007.1-2009.12 clinical isolates of bacteria to antimicrobial drug resistance . Methods : patients were collected for the first time non- different strains of the same site 431 , recommended by the CLSI disk diffusion method (Kirby-bauer method ) and MIC determination antimicrobial susceptibility , clinically isolated strains identified by VITEK TWO automated microbial The analyzer software analysis results with SPASS5.0 . Results : In this paper, were detected in 431 bacteria , Gram-negative bacteria 68.2% , 31.8% of the Gram-positive bacteria . Acinetobacter baumannii , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Burkholderia cepacia monocytogenes non- fermentable sugars bacilli number is increasing every year . Which Acinetobacter baumannii most sensitive to cefoperazone / sulbactam ( average 65.1% ) , however, imipenem, meropenem resistance is very high, resistance rates of up to 84.2% . 2008 Pseudomonas aeruginosa to gentamicin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, cefoperazone - sulbactam sensitivity (75.1% -91.6 % ) , but only in the sensitivity of 2009 ( 15.5% -23.2 % ) , maintained at 37.5% -75 % of the carbapenem antibiotic sensitivity . ESBLs detection rate of clinical isolates of E. coli , K. pneumoniae , respectively, 61.9% , 74.2% (66.6 % -85.7 % ) . Both remain highly sensitive to imipenem , respectively, 90.5% , 88.3% , on the third and fourth generation cephalosporins resistance rate in more than 50% . All aureus to vancomycin 100% sensitive . Staphylococcus aureus fosfomycin , brown neomycin quinoline slaves \u0026 P bite sensitivity rates of 60 % or more. MRSA co-trimoxazole , fosfomycin susceptibility rate of more than 50% of other antibiotics than those resistant . The feces Enterococcus faecalis vancomycin , teicoplanin sensitive rate (90 %, 100 %) , were found in a vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus feces . Conclusion: increasing the number of non- fermentable sugars bacilli antibiotic resistance rates rising . Enterobacteriaceae is still the most sensitive to carbapenems . The not detected vancomycin-resistant glucose genus , but the detection of a vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus feces .
