The 21st century, human society has entered the era of a knowledge -led , knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional factors of production - capital , labor and land to become the main resource of enterprises . Theory and knowledge based view based on the international stage with multinational operations become important for corporate strategy , corporate knowledge is an important source of the enterprise to obtain a competitive advantage in the export . This paper is to explore the relationship between intellectual capital and export performance of manufacturing enterprises . Integration of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the composition and evaluation of intellectual capital , knowledge capital is divided into the three dimensions of the adult human capital , structural capital and relational capital , each dimension and a breakdown of the three assessment dimensions . This study as a research object to Changzhutan area manufacturing export enterprises , questionnaires , mainly through the issuance and e-mail in the field , Please enterprises fill the middle and higher managers , research using SPSS16.0 software for data analysis . Correlation and regression analysis , the relationship between most of the variables in the research model has been proved . The main conclusions of the study are as follows : First, human capital has a positive influence on export performance ; Second, structural capital has a positive impact on export performance ; Third, relationship capital has a positive influence on export performance . Available data and their own capacity constraints at the same time , the paper on the discussion of the relevant issues is not enough depth , pending further study and improve .
