Objective:This study from clinical observation Angle, an objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopic shoulder treatment freeze period freeze the clinical efficacy of treatment of this disease, for clinical finding effective, safe and economical method and provide necessary basis, in order to better promotion application. Method:To conform to the standards of frozen shoulder were treated by 60 cases were randomly divided into trial, the control group,30 cases every groups. 4.75% more shall shoulder arthroscopy loose solution+herbal treatment+massage therapy in yao tui apply treatment +functional rehabilitation scheme treatment; The control group to herbal treatment+massage therapy in YaoTie apply treatment+ acupuncture treatment function recovery plan treatment. Before the treatment,1,3 months after treatment for patients with shoulder pain, function, mobility, muscle and patient satisfaction as efficacy evaluation indexes, the statistical processing. Results:Two groups after treating march total curative effect comparison group a, the total effective rate was 96.7%, control group total effectiveness is 9, two groups was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), show two groups are obviously alleviate symptoms, improve patients’ shoulder function. In treatment and follow-up period did not appear complications. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopic shoulder treatment freezing period freeze short-term curative effect is better than pure Chinese medicine therapy, especially for patients with joint pain and arom etc signs and symptoms improved, but the long-term efficacy remains to be in by further experimental study and clinical observation to verify and elucidated.
