Objective:To evaluate total knee arthroplasty in perioperative medicine combined analgesic efficacy of the program. Methods:95 patients with unilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into 48 patients and the control group 47 patients, preoperative 1 weeks to postoperative 2 weeks, the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese analgesic medicine program+western analgesic medicine treatment, the control group received treatment based on western medicine, recorded at admission,1 day before surgery, postoperative day 3, day 7 and 10 days after operation, record range of motion and rest、sports visual analogue score, statistics cumulative postoperative analgesic medication use. Results:95 patients were involved in statistical analysis, the results showed (1) the range of motion and rest、sports visual analogue score of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); (2) experimental group after the surgery cumulative use less analgesic medicine than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty in perioperative medicine combined program can improve pain in patients, reduce the cumulative postoperative analgesic consumption, and promote early postoperative recovery of knee joint activity.
