This article larger phenomenon of for drum washing vibration noise from the the organism tests and finite element simulation analysis to proceed , the noise and vibration of the drum washing machine tested , the static structural analysis , finite element modal analysis and vibration response analysis , and on the washing machine noise analysis of the key parts of the flow field by analyzing the results of a series of improvements , and improved washing machine dynamics model and simulation analysis to predict the noise reduction effect of the improvement program . Specific research work mainly four parts :: ( 1 ) household electric washing noise test method according to the national standard GB/T4288-2003 washing machine noise and vibration tests , analysis of the vibration spectrum and noise spectrum , on the basis of identification washing machine the main source of noise and vibration . Measured according to national standards GB/T10069 \( 2) the establishment of a washing machine drum finite element model , the use of large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS , its maximum load static structural analysis, identify the roller deformation and stress concentration . And drum simulation analysis using ANSYS modal calculation to obtain the calculated modal parameters . Vibration response calculated the critical point position of the vibration changes , simulation improvements on the basis of the washing machine drum through static analysis , modal and vibration response analysis results to verify the reasonableness of the improved . (3 ) the motor the acoustical enclosure design noise reduction processing , fast, effective control of the mechanical noise of the motor and air flow noise . ( 4 ) computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT the flow field flow noise pulley ambient air flow field as well as between the pulley and drum simulation and analysis of the improvement program based on the improvement program for airflow noise analysis , validation improvements is reasonable.
