Objective: To observe the WAA therapy periarthritis rapid analgesic effect for clinical acupuncture treatment of frozen shoulder provide a reference . Methods: 60 cases of frozen shoulder patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients , the treatment group to take the WAA therapy , acupuncture ipsilateral 4, 5 , coupled with 6 ; control group take routine acupuncture therapy , acupuncture ipsilateral shoulder Yu , shoulder Chen , shoulder , A is the point , Yanglingquan the Zhongping points , both groups left needle 30min . Using a visual analog scale ( VAS ) pain score were observed and recorded before acupuncture patients , 5 min after acupuncture , 15min , 30min VAS values ??, the degree of pain relief nimodipine assessment . Results: 5 min after two sets of needles , 15min and 30min VAS values ??than those of the same group before treatment were significantly different ( P less than 0.05 ) , less than before treatment after treatment ; 5min VAS values ??in the two sets of needles have a very significant difference (P lt ; 0.001 ) , the needle after 15min and 30min VAS values ??were statistically significant differences ( P <0.05 ) , the treatment group than the control group ; pin the two groups the 5min overall response rate were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , the treatment group higher than that of the control group , the needle after 15min and 30min total remission rate was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: WAA is superior to conventional acupuncture therapy for frozen shoulder rapid analgesic effect .
