Objective: To study the treatment and control of conventional acupuncture group mainly \Method: to meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine 60 patients were divided into a treatment group (\Treatment group acupoints: the first three-pin (Uranus rate Valley hanging skull) (ipsilateral), Neiguan (both sides), the Court of God; control group acupoints: Baihui, the sun, the wind pool, Hegu, outside off (ipsilateral), were treated for two courses (10 days for a course of treatment) after determining effect. Were observed before and after the treatment, the treatment and control groups in the number of attacks, headache intensity, duration time, associated symptoms, headache index and VAS Law headache integral data for comparative analysis of the two groups drawn, and efficacy and duration of illness and age were compared, concluded. Results: ① group comparisons, the treatment and control groups before and after treatment efficacy were significant differences (P lt; 0.05), prompting two groups of treatment methods have relief of headaches, reduce the number of migraine attacks, duration, associated symptoms and reduce the role of the headache index, but the treatment group in to relieve headaches extent and reduce the number of attacks there was a significant difference (P lt; 0.01). ② two sets of inter-group comparison before treatment by statistical analysis, no significant differences (P gt; 0.05) in the two groups after the treatment in relief of headaches extent, reduce the number of migraine attacks, duration, associated symptoms and reduce the headache index significant differences (P lt; 0.05), but highly significant difference (P lt; 0.01) in alleviating headache treatment group than the control group. (3) the VAS method and integral method to observe the headache, the result was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), indicating a balanced two methods for the measurement of pain. ④ patients after treatment, the treatment group, the cure rate was 36.67%, with a total effective rate of 93.33%; control group was 16.67%, the total effective rate was 86.67% (P lt; 0.05), description of the role of the treatment group than the control group. ⑤ on rank sum test, course of the disease and the efficacy of the treatment group has a highly significant difference (P lt; 0.01), description of the course of the disease, the shorter, the better efficacy; condition and efficacy have significant differences (P lt; 0.05), the illness is more light better efficacy; age and efficacy was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), suggesting that age has no effect for efficacy.
