Jiaji Lumbar Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy After Stroke Clinical Study of Lower Limb Spasticity

Objective: To observe the effect of lumbar Jiaji clinical efficacy for the treatment of post-stroke lower limb spasticity . Methods: In this study, the order of admission randomized controlled , 60 patients met the inclusion criteria , on the basis of the rehabilitation were randomly divided into treatment group ( lumbar the Jiaji law ) 30 cases in the control group of 30 patients , respectively acupuncture treatment , and the improvement of international common the Ashworth spasm table , lower extremity clinical spasm index (CSI), FAC walking functional classification Fug - Meyer lower extremity motor function evaluation admission , treatment ( one month ) and treatment ( 3 ) the rehabilitation assessment to evaluate the therapeutic effect , so the data using SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis. Results: 1. Treatment group and the control group in the admission , treatment , discharge MAS spasm Scale results no significant differences ( p gt ; 0.05) . 2 . Treatment group and the control group at the time of admission , the treatment of lower extremity CSI results no significant difference between the treatment group , but after treatment muscle tension is less than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) . The treatment group and the control group at the time of admission FAC results showed no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05) , but the two groups after treatment and in the treatment of the treatment group than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) . The treatment group and the control group in the treatment Fugl-Meyer lower extremity motor function assessment showed no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05) . However , after treatment to assess the treatment group than the control group ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : lumbar Jiaji method can reduce post-stroke patients with muscle tension , relieve muscle spasm , thereby improving the recovery of lower limb function in patients , the efficacy of this method is higher than acupuncture, acupuncture waist Jiaji clinical treatment of stroke after one of the effective way to lower limb spasticity .
