Effects of Fertilization on Soil Available Nutrient、Nutrients Uptake、the Yield and Quality of Spring Wheat

Northwest semi-arid areas of irrigated agriculture conditions, combined with laboratory analysis test to spring wheat as test material, the use of a field experiment was conducted to study the dynamic changes of different fertilization treatments on soil available nutrients, spring wheat grain, straw and root nutrient absorption condition yield and quality, the results show that: in the area of ??high-K soil, with the propulsion of the wheat growing period, different fertilizer treatments on soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus dynamics that the same trend from seedling to increased tillering stage, tillering stage to jointing stage decreases, jointing stage to grain filling stage and began to increase, and finally to harvest reduced; different fertilizer treatments on the changes in the dynamics of soil available K showed decreases gradually from seedling to harvest trend. Available nutrient content of wheat at different growth stages, all fertilization treatments were higher than the control, inorganic processing NPK and NP treatment than N, P treatment significantly, the effects of differences between the organic treatment of soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus content not significant, NPK and M treatment available potassium was significantly higher than other treatments. 2. Compared with the control (CK), a scientific and rational fertilization to some extent, an increase of spring wheat for N, P, K nutrient absorption, the most significant effect of fertilizer NPK (NPK) treatment, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium the total uptake of the hormone increased by 156.9%, 94.4% and 112.8%, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient harvest index is 0.730, 0.778, and 0.130, respectively. Adding fertilizer and organic fertilizer to promote crop nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient concentration improve the effect of the most obvious. 3. Than fertilization treatments and control, increasing chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer can promote the increase of the yield of spring wheat and grain protein and lysine content increased, production increased 32.8% to 214.2%, the stimulation effect of nitrogen fertilizer the most obvious, with facilities to handle optimal fertilizer NPK (NPK), most evident in the promotion of spring wheat yield increase effect; protein content and lysine content, the size of the order: NPK gt; MNP gt ; NT gt; SNP gt; NP gt; M gt; N gt; S gt; P gt; CK. In the case of nitrogen fertilizer Fertilizers applied manure or taking no-tillage measures more favorable treatment to improve the quality traits. Therefore, the combined application of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and manure, both positive moderating effect on spring wheat yield and quality.
