Clinical Study of Heart Rate Turbulence in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertention Accompanied with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To investigate elderly patients with essential hypertension and variation of heart rate turbulence in patients with type 2 diabetes and clinical significance . Method: collect complete information inpatient and outpatient elderly patients with essential hypertension and 33 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes (A group) , 40 cases of simple elderly patients with essential hypertension (B group) , aged 41 cases of healthy persons (elderly the healthy control group , 39 cases (D group) of the C group ) and non - elderly healthy subjects underwent 24 - hour Holter recording Impresario dynamic ECG analysis system automatically playback scanning and calculated to reflect the rate turbulence ( heart rate turbulence , and HRT ) of the indicators, the indicators of differences between each group were compared , and analysis of turbulence onset ( turbulence onset TO ) and turbulence slope (turbulence slope, TS), turbulence slope starting time ( turbulence timing , TT ) , the dynamic heart rate shock time domain indicators the (turbulence dynamics, TD) and the age, average heart rate , heart rate variability (heart rate variability, HRV) is the standard deviation of all normal sinus cardiac interval (NN) ( the to standard deviation of the NN intervals , SDNN) relationship. Results: Compared with group D , in group C TO TT was significantly higher (P lt ; 0.01 ), TS , TD , SDNN was significantly lower ( P lt; 0.05-0.01 ) ; compared with group C , group B and group A TO obvious increased (P lt ; 0.05 ) , TS , TD , SDNN was significantly decreased (P lt ; 0.05) ; compared with group B , group A TO significantly increased (P lt; 0.05), TS, TD, SDNN significantly lower (P are lt; 0.05). The TO age was positively correlated (P lt; 0.01), with TS, TD, SDNN was negatively correlated (P lt; 0.05-0.01). TS and TD, SDNN showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.01 ) . TD and average heart rate , TO showed a negative correlation (P lt; 0.05 ) with TS, SDNN showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion : elderly patients with essential hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes than a simple elderly patients with essential hypertension patients and elderly healthy controls HRT significantly reduced , suggesting that the former autonomic function the most serious damage .
