Nowadays, industrial signal processing computer’s working conditions are increasingly complex, moreover are increasingly high for the demand of real-time, which making the original methods of data transmission’s shortcomings exposed. Wireless USB technology is a hot emerging technology that is a substitute to the cable equipment, is a plug-and-play support. This system automatically connects to wireless and cable plug-and-play USB interface, which is a good solution to a variety of signal collection and transmission system design problems, which will enable wireless USB technology in personal electronic products and industrial equipment fields show ambitious.Traditional detection equipment can be poor mobility, and not convenient for experimental study. Compared the main four kinds of short distance wireless communication technology and external device interface of PC, the paper brought forward the scheme of replacing the wire with wireless USB between the control PC and acquisition microcomputer.This paper introduced realization principle from two aspects of the bridge circuit and man-machine interface circuit, completed the design of hardware and software of system with bridge circuit used RF transceiver chip CYWUSB6935 and micro-controller CY7C68013; man-machine interface circuit choose Sunplus 61A board and RF CYWUSB6935 chip, which is composed of data wireless transmission, base-band controlling and USB communication, expounded in detail the design of RF model, base-band and circuit power supply etc, moreover analysed the system’s anti-jamming measures, drawed a PCB. Firmware modular programming, the paper of firmware by 9 program files with modularization. Finally, debugged the system.It is indicated by debugging that the system is characteristic of low cost, small shape, thinner radiation and easy to upgrade.
