By the end of 2006, China's express delivery industry fully open to foreign investment, FIEs in China operating domestic and international express delivery business. As a result, China's express delivery market has formed a state-owned, private, foreign competition and the three main both relatively stable development in the market. A survey report shows that China has become a global express market in the fastest growing markets, express the current size of the market reached more than 200 billion yuan, the annual growth rate in more than 30%, which is China's express delivery industry in sustainable development solid market base, the national courier services in corporate enterprises has reached 2422, employing 22.7 million people, in 2007 China's express delivery industry revenue reached 38 billion yuan, the growth rate over 25%, higher than the average level of the tertiary industry. The four major international express delivery giant United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), the Netherlands World (TNT), Deutsche Post (DHL) (Note: The following will be UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL to represent more than four companies) have enter the Chinese market, and have basically completed the backdoor attack the city, now have to build their own transit center, with its strong financial backing for the future lay the foundation for better development. Foreign giants compete on the domestic express delivery market to China's express delivery business has brought tremendous pressure. In the domestic express market dominant postal (EMS) began with fierce foreign competition. In foreign giants and postal squeezed, private courier companies have also been unprecedented challenges. As a private express delivery companies in the good performance of SF courier company, how to develop, how in the courier industry becomes increasingly globalized context, how in the face of the powerful international giants to find their place and maintain long-term vitality is its primary consideration problems, but also other private courier company in China is an important reference significance. After a brief introduction of China's express delivery industry development status and SF courier company overview, the paper uses PEST model and Porter's five forces model SF courier company's external environment are analyzed, and then the SF company's internal operating conditions were analyzed, analysis of the company's resources and capabilities. Then using the SWOT model SF courier company conducted a comprehensive analysis of internal and external, facing the company presented the opportunities and threats, and the company's strengths and weaknesses. This article concludes thus: in the courier industry in an increasingly competitive environment, SF courier company should focus on solving the problem of strategic orientation, only to develop an appropriate strategy in the market place. Thus, this paper presents the SF courier company including corporate layer, business layer and functional layer of the overall strategic framework.
