Since reform and opening, China's foreign economic boom, boom on China's foreign economic and employment situation produces multiple effects, the positive side, there are also disadvantages side. After accession to the WTO, China's economy fully integrated into the international economy, foreign economic comprehensively expand and deepen these effects more apparent. Foreign economic and trade liberalization brought about, the full impact of the employment of labor, liquidity, income. Therefore, for such labor-abundant developing country to study foreign economic impact on the employment situation, in order to develop reasonable and effective business strategies, improve labor market employment system, improve the relevant social security policies to respond to external economic pressure on employment brought adverse effects, is a very important practical and theoretical significance of. This article will be divided into import and export of foreign economic and foreign direct investment, import, export and separately analyzed the employment effects of foreign direct investment. Because foreign exchange reserves are significant foreign economic manifestations, this article also analyzes the employment effects of foreign exchange reserves, at present, the amount of days in terms of official foreign exchange reserves or private, are the hot issues, this study the relationship between foreign exchange reserves and employment and look forward to look from the amount of foreign exchange reserves to provide a new perspective. For every point from both theoretical and empirical aspects of argumentation. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction, indicating significance of this study, ideas, content and methods. The second part, in a more comprehensive review relevant background literature at home and abroad on the basis of the initial establishment of foreign economic relations and employment theoretical framework as the theoretical basis of empirical research. Part III summarizes the data of 1978-2009 foreign economic, foreign exchange reserves data and employment data, and based on inter-provincial panel data, the use of panel unit root test, cointegration regression analysis, error correction models econometric analysis methods, analysis of the employment effects of import and export, the employment effects of foreign direct investment, supplemented by empirical testing. Measured using time-series techniques, within the system in four variables examined the employment effects of foreign exchange reserves. More comprehensive and systematic study of China's foreign economic and employment relationship between trade policy provides for the assessment of a theoretical basis and empirical support. The results showed that exports, imports and employment, there were significant positive correlation between foreign direct investment and employment there is a certain positive correlation exists between foreign exchange reserves and a positive correlation of employment. In addition, because China's economic development there is a big regional differences, this article will our country be divided into eastern, central and western three areas, empirical tests were carried out to compare the impact on employment of foreign economic districts differently. ? The fourth part, based on theoretical analysis and empirical conclusions, the corresponding policy recommendations and the recommendations seek to have better feasibility.
