The current rapid development of new IT technology , e-commerce and the rapidly growing popularity of the Internet , resulting in large amounts of data are stored in the database in various application areas , the data set contains a lot of useful knowledge , how to find a variety of large databases in hidden , previously unknown information can be effectively applied is particularly important , and this is the data mining tasks to be completed . Foreign scholars in recent years , a series of data mining theory , major IT companies in the world , such as IBM, Oracle and Microsoft have launched their respective data mining products . An important research branch of data mining , association rule mining , its main purpose is to discover hidden from large data set , meaningful properties between law . The form of simple , easy to understand, and is the primary means of extracting knowledge from large data , research and application of the association rule mining has been a great concern of scholars in areas such as databases , artificial intelligence , and statistical and achieved a lot of research . Tianjin Subway Environmental Control System (ECS) fault diagnosis key technology research projects funded first study the method of mining association rules with project constraints , the improved algorithm EclateII improved the original Eclate algorithm lack of more suitable for the actual situation of the of Tianjin subway database system , and theoretical verification ; then proposed association rule mining algorithm with fuzzy quantitative constraints , especially the membership function set , and the proof will be in the fifth chapter from the practice on to prove the feasibility of the method ; certain theory is applied to the actual final Tianjin subway database data mining system design , according to the actual situation of Tianjin subway database system , data mining to the practical application of the theory of algorithms and enterprise issues raised combination of study and discussion , and propose appropriate solutions .
