The digital watermarking technology in recent years, the field of information security, the rise of a new technology , can be widely used in the field of multimedia copyright protection and image authentication . But slow image watermarking system software , can not meet the requirements of real-time processing ; hardware implementation has the speed and quickness , so the use of hardware implementation of a digital watermark algorithm has important practical value and significance . FPGA implementation of digital watermarking algorithm according to the group on the need to study and propose an FPGA-based implementation of the program ; DCT transformation of key modules of the program FPGA implementation and FPGA design and simulation verification. In this paper, to carry out the following work : (1) analysis of existing digital watermarking algorithm , proposed an improved DCT domain adaptive digital image watermarking algorithm , which uses image sub-block feature classification results of embedding strength adaptively adjusted so as to ensure the visibility of the watermark does not effectively enhance the strength of the watermark . Improved algorithm to watermark images integrated use of multi-step set scrambling transformation , to further enhance the security of the watermark . Finally, the entire experiment using MATLAB simulation, simulation results prove the correctness of this algorithm . ( 2 ) proposed a FPGA-based implementations ; proposed DCT- FPGA implementation of key modules in the program and complete FPGA design and simulation of digital watermarking algorithm for FPGA implementation technology . DCT transformation is one of the key algorithm for the design of digital watermarking scheme , DCT transform to achieve speed directly determines the speed of digital watermarking algorithm . Here , we first analyzed the DCT transform and the DCT transform to the presence of some fast algorithm for the study, and then the DCT transform hardware efficient design and simulation .
