The origin of the supply chain management to reduce business costs, reduce risk and promote the close cooperation of the parties involved in business operations in a timely manufacturing theory and logistics theory, because the advantages are widely used in manufacturing. With the rapid progress of the current socio-economic, traditional management model in the construction industry has been unable to meet the needs of the development, the competitiveness of enterprises in order to improve the building, there should be a new management model to replace the traditional management model, so the management of the supply chain gradually became the construction industry the focus of attention. In this paper, the relevant research data to start from home and abroad, building supply chain management, supply chain and building supply chain is defined, the current development of China's construction industry and the construction industry in recent years, the business model changes, pointed out that China's construction industry the current lack of management, and compare the traditional building management methods and the similarities and differences of the construction supply chain management, and also discussed in detail the need for the implementation of the construction supply chain management method of construction enterprises. The paper selected general contracting mode to general contracting business as the core of the construction supply chain as the research object, the establishment of the construction supply chain performance evaluation system. A large number of summed up the characteristics of previous research data combined with the construction supply chain, the use of frequency analysis 42 construction supply chain performance evaluation primaries indicators extracted from the authoritative research literature, and the importance of the primary indicators of construction , a senior industry experts to conduct a survey of the importance of the primary indicators, recycling questionnaire data and data concentration and dispersion analysis, based on an analysis indicators screening, and finally established 23 performance evaluation index. By Delphi experts judged first of all to establish the the AHP not uncertainty interval judgment matrix, with a range characteristic root law index weights weight range, the design of most optimization model, MATLAB prepared by the use of real number genetic algorithm for global search, based on the program results ultimately determine each optimal weight indicators, the establishment of a sound performance evaluation system. In this paper, established on the basis of the construction supply chain performance evaluation system, a comprehensive comparison of principal component analysis, the overall performance evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis, benchmarking method, combined with China's current building the development of the supply chain, the final selection of the benchmark overall performance evaluation method of construction supply chain. And through an empirical study of a civil construction group of companies construction supply chain management performance evaluation.
