First introduce an overview of the Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. and its logistics system a number of problems: The system can not be compatible with the design and production planning management system, there is no distribution module, it is focused on solving the carrying amount of the supplies management, and There is no physical flow management. Next, the ship's construction process: essentially around the hull section produced a final assembly process. In the segment of the production process, there are two important and different from the other companies in the logistics aspects, namely the distribution of finished steel material and segmented transport, which is unique in the shipbuilding industry. Secondly, it focuses on the problems in the Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. finished steel material distribution and staging.
