Since the early 1980s, China gradually logistics concern and attention. Since the 1990s, the distribution is proved to be a better way of logistics, so many cities in China have established a number of distribution centers, distribution has been actively developed. The implementation of home delivery of new distribution methods for manufacturers and distribution needed products to improve the efficiency of the flow, to provide users with a more efficient and convenient service. However, due to China's low level of information, network and transport infrastructure is relatively backward, many causes of logistics in our country can not carry out. In the production process, our long-standing heavy manufacturing, light flow, heavy flow, the idea of ??light logistics, distribution development at this stage is still immature, there are drawbacks and problems in operations, there is an urgent need resolved. First introduce an overview of the Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. and its logistics system a number of problems: The system can not be compatible with the design and production planning management system, there is no distribution module, it is focused on solving the carrying amount of the supplies management, and There is no physical flow management. Next, the ship's construction process: essentially around the hull section produced a final assembly process. In the segment of the production process, there are two important and different from the other companies in the logistics aspects, namely the distribution of finished steel material and segmented transport, which is unique in the shipbuilding industry. Secondly, it focuses on the problems in the Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. finished steel material distribution and staging. Plant facility layout is unreasonable, improper equipment selection, loading and unloading, and to be with the ratio of the transport time imbalance in the distribution of finished steel material; staging there is a transfer scheme is not detailed, human factors, stacking space confusion and repetitive tasks vehicle Kongshi phenomenon more. Finally, logistics and manufacturing operations management knowledge to a range of solutions: (1) for the distribution of finished steel material, steel processing and distribution center, distribution center management processes, distribution, and select the pull transport. (2) staging, the point of view of the storage capacity of the sub-site program management, computer simulation, and the simulation code. The distribution and staging of finished steel material, is conducive to enterprise logistics function optimization and improvement of production efficiency, with a good theoretical significance and practical value.
