With the advance of society, not only concerned about the material needs of the employees, pay more attention to the spiritual and psychological needs, so the concept of job satisfaction came into being after with the development of psychology, scholars have further raised the SWB concept. China carried out a survey about employee happiness index found generally low, that the happiness of our employees to improve employee job satisfaction can greatly improve employee performance. As early as in the 1950s the United States on SWB conducted a lot of research, scholars increasingly rich with the constant attention of the people of their quality of life, the study of subjective well-being. Subjective well-being (Subjective Well-Being, referred to as the SWB) is a comprehensive psychological indicators, the the individual overall evaluation of their quality of life, including emotional experience and life satisfaction. Studies have shown that employees subjective well-being and its performance has a significant correlation. Related studies show that the employee's subjective feelings will affect their attitudes and behavior, employees have a high sense of happiness, will be happy to work, increase recognition of the organization, in order to achieve sustainable operation of enterprises and the harmonious development of society. As a the enterprise main force of the new generation of employees, its main tasks are mental activities, the employee's subjective feelings tend to affect its performance, and the role of the more obvious. But, not in-depth study today on subjective well-being of employees, organizational identification, the subjective sense of happiness for the new generation of employees, organizational identification and job performance systems research little. On the basis of theoretical research results summarized relevant literature, through the questionnaire, subjective well-being more suitable for our staff, the subjective happiness organizations of organizational identification and job performance scale, the new generation of employees agree relations and work performance correlation and regression analysis to explore the relationship between. The main conclusions of this paper demonstrate a significant correlation between subjective well-being of the new generation of employees and organizational identification and job performance; four dimensions of subjective well-being is a significant predictor of organizational identification and job performance; organizational identity of each dimension of job performance have a significant impact, and organizational identity plays an intermediary role between the four dimensions of subjective well-being and job performance, four dimensions are worried about the health, mood, emotion and behavior control, and interest in the life and met. Therefore, the relationship between the subjective well-being of the new generation of employees, organizational identification and job performance has important reference significance for enterprises to develop strategic human resources programs and effective management. This paper proposed the corresponding countermeasures according to the conclusions of the study, also pointed out the direction of future research on this issue.
