The development of modern industrial color measurement technology has been more widely used in the chemical industry, printing and dyeing, textile and other industries, the measured color difference meter which is very important to a measuring instrument. The study found that the common colorimeter general, there are two problems: First, the majority of photoelectric integral design, its simple structure, but with less accuracy; second is generally only be measured in a single standard conditions of illumination and observation geometry , can not get to sample the color information in a different mode. In view of this, on the basis of in-depth analysis and study of the basic theory of colorimetry and color measurement method, this paper proposes a CCD spectrometer as a the spectrophotometric detection component using single DC source illumination beam structure, compatible with 0 / d: e and 45/0 both under standard illumination conditions of observation reflecting samples and 0 / d under the condition of the transmittance measurement of the color measurement of the sample colorimeter program and completion of pre-developed body of work. This article consists of four parts: optical system, the mechanical structure, the hardware circuit and system software. Portion of the optical system, the use of Halogen as the illumination light source, the outgoing light is collimated by Kohler illumination Bandha provide uniform illumination; mechanical structure parts, the overall structural design is given with reference to the CIE standard of illumination and observation conditions, and calculated by the system at the same time detailed geometric parameters of the main components; hardware circuit part design of the microcontroller AT80C51 chip as the CPU system to monitor the intensity of the light source and control rotating mirror position switch; major system software part, including SCM software and PC application software, SCM software the occurrence and distribution of stepper motor driver pulse and MCU and a PC serial port communication application software to achieve the data communication between the USB interface of the PC and the spectrometer, to complete the system configuration, calibration, spectral data reading and processing results display and file management module design. The final experimental results show that the uncertainty and repeatability of the wavelength of the color measurement system design / d and 45/0 reflection mode, and 0 / d transmissive mode colorimetric indicator of stability, repeatability, reproducibility Indication error all reached the national metrological verification under a standard measure 45/0 reflection mode also reached the secondary standard, to achieve the target. The paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter describes the subject background, research status and research content; second chapter describes the color measurement theory foundation and basic methods; given the general scheme of the system, the design of light source fluctuation correction and scaling, and briefly introduced the spectroscopic detection module used by the system; Chapter on hardware module design of the optical system, the mechanical structure and hardware circuit, the fifth chapter, a detailed analysis of each of the SCM system software and PC application software function module design ideas and realization; Chapter 6 gives confirmatory experimental data and the results of analysis, the final chapter of the full text of a summary and look to the future direction of the work.
