Objective:Using Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) diffusion weighted technology(DWI),Observe the endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium dispersion situation.Discussion focal endometrial cancer and normal endometrium DWI performance characteristics,the differences of ADC values and clinical application value.To explore whether the diffusion imaging difference endometrial carcinoma(EC) lesions with normal endometrium.Discussion of postmenopausal uterus DWI of menopause normal performance characteristics,the differences of ADC values and clinical application value.Methods:Using 1.5T MRI,Do MRI scan and DWI for the postmenopausal group of normal endometrium(24cases), and not postmenopausal group of normal endometrium(26cases),and the cases of endometrial carcinoma prospects(23cases).Analysis the DWI image features of all cases;Measuring their apparent dispersion coefficient(ADC).And do related statistical analysis about the ADC values for each group.Results:(1)Endometrial cancer group and normal endometrium postmenopausal group of ADC values are statistically significant differences;Endometrial cancer group and normal endometrium without postmenopausal group of ADC values are statistically significant differences;Normal endometrium postmenopausal group and without postmenopausal group of ADC values are statistically significant differences.(2)the lowest group is Endometrial cancer group[(0.90±0.07)×10-3mm2/s],the diffusion is limited;the ADC of normal endometrium postmenopausal group is[(1.42±0.065)×10-3mm2/s];the highest ADC is [(1.49±0.12)×10-3mm2/s],of normal endometrium without postmenopausal group.Conclusion:Diffusion weighted images(DWI) can be used in Uterine disease inspection.,can reflect the pathological changes of the organization,and provides a quantitative diagnosis information.DWI can be clearly shows the position of endometrial cancer,kitchen.DWI of uterine histopathological changes can be determined,The conventional MRI morphology and the pathological changes of the information provided DWI combination,what can compensate for the limitations of conventional MRI of endometrial carcinoma,improve the early diagnosis and diagnosis accuracy has certain clinical significance.
