At present, the total number of Chinese students studying in the United States has reached 77,000 people, the number of students in the United States in 2020, according to the latest statistical prediction of the Bureau of Statistics of China 2008 will reach 50 million people. For students, because of their different cultural backgrounds, their experience in the American University students with the United States experience is different, they learn and integrate into the social life of the United States with local students in the United States there is a greater difference. College students make academic education and student management has been a huge development, has been a significant growth in the number of American students access to higher education. Due to the international students of different cultural backgrounds, their experience in the American University students with the United States experience is different. Some studies have found that international students in the University of the United States to undergo the test, in order to adapt to the culture shock of campus culture in the United States. But specifically for the study of Chinese students seldom. In this thesis, we selected one of the five American Universities (Troy University, USA, Ball State University in the United States, the United States, George Mason University, Northern Arizona University, Eastern Washington University) and six Chinese universities (Xi'an University of Science and Technology, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an Petroleum University, Suzhou, Nanjing Normal University, Shandong University at Weihai) as the object of study. The thesis first fully on the basis of previous research literature, according to the study requirements, clear research variables, established the basic ideas and assumptions of this study. In-depth discussion on the basis of the design of the questionnaire, and repeated the test and gradually revise and improve the randomly selected sample of empirical research. Finally, the \The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) 121 project more good than harm. (2) The student is not just only graduated from two universities, they achieve their goal, to win a global vision, learning English and prepared for them a better future. (3) Chinese students in the United States to participate in the 121 project learned a lot of sense, especially in the skills of leadership, teamwork, and discuss self-efficacy and self-confidence to win. (5) of the project is beneficial to the two sides participating universities.
