Modern Educational Technology general course is a public required course geared to the needs of the Normal Universities’students, and it is also an important method to training the normal university students educational technical capacity. As the Ministry of Education issued the notification about starting the project of Elaborate Courses on teaching quality and reform in colleges and universities on April 8th 2003, development of Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses are also be actively promoted. At present many school’s Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses won national, provincial, and university-level courses. Because there are some differences between normal institutes and the normal academies in curriculum aspects, this paper selected within the scope of the national, provincial and school, these three levels of "Modern Education Technology" Elaborate Courses as the research object.Purpose of this study is through the analysis of construction Status quo of the normal universities’"modern education technology" elaborate courses, to find out their advantages and the existing problems, proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, and provide the realistic basis for these courses; through comparing normal universities’"Modern Education Technology" Elaborate Courses, find out their own characteristics, and also give subsequent construction and elaborate courses of other subjects some reference and reference.Ideas and methods of this paper are using documentary research and based on analysis and summary of the development actuality of foreign opened courses, the researching actuality of domestic elaborate courses and Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses, to the Ministry of Education’s "National Elaborate Courses assessment indicators" as a normal university "Modern Education Technology " Course Construction of the evaluation criteria, According to the actual situation of "Modern Educational Technology " Courses, from the overall situation of the curriculum, teaching team building, teaching content, design, teaching methods, teaching and evaluation of interaction, interface design curriculum, curriculum update operation, these seven dimensions on Normal Universities’"Modern Education Technology " Elaborate Courses for content analysis. Statistical analysis has been made to find out the advantages and problems combined with practical put forward some measures and suggestions. And use comparative analysis on Normal University Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses, dig out their own characteristics.Through analysis of the constriction of the Normal Universities’"Modern Education Technology " Elaborate Courses’current situation, it can be draw the following conclusion: (1) Normal Universities’"Modern Education Technology " Elaborate Courses has achieved results, including the "Modern Education Technology " Elaborate Courses from five institutions have been named as national courses, curriculum resources gradually increased by multi-media presentation, and courses gradually formed three-dimensional materials. (3) Countermeasures and suggestions for the problems appeared in the construction of the Normal Universities’"Modern Education Technology " Elaborate Courses, including strengthening the teacher team’s construction, increasing the popularization and application of Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses, improving the design of courses teaching, optimizing courses resource, paying attention on the diversification of estimating ways, building integrally alternating modules on the web net, building the appraise through comparison mechanism of the updating about net resource.The chapter five appraises and analyzes through comparison about Modern Educational Technology Elaborate Courses of eleven Normal Universities, and abstracts five special parts, such as testing system in-line, recording system of studying process, virtual experiment system, domestic special resource and moving studying support system.
